On the morning of July 30, the final of the Changchun Regional Competition of the 9th "Maker China" Jilin Province SME Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest was held at the Changchun North Lake Future Science City.
The "Maker China" SME Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest is a large-scale "national-level" competition with wide influence across the country. The competition aims to discover and cultivate innovative projects in high-end equipment fields, further stimulate the innovation vitality and creative potential of society, enhance the innovation capability and specialization level of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) nationwide, and promote the deep integration of technology and the economy. It also accelerates the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy. The 9th "Maker China" Jilin Province SME Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest Changchun Regional Competition was guided by the Jilin Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology; hosted by the Changchun Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Changchun Municipal Finance Bureau, and the Changchun Municipal Education Bureau; organized by Changchun Talent Development Group Co., Ltd. and the Jilin Branch of the Bank of Communications; and co-organized by the Changchun New District Industrial Park Management Co., Ltd.
Dongchi Energy’s project, "Polymer-Based High-Energy, High-Safety Solid-State Battery Industrialization and Development," won the second prize in this competition. This project not only demonstrated breakthroughs in technological innovation but also highlighted the significant advantages of high-end equipment in improving production efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and optimizing product performance. Additionally, the polymer-based solid-state battery products show strong market potential.
